Language
These days in modern society, English is common language that most of the people can speck. Many people able to speak English and many countries take English as their second language in their education system. (It could be interpreted as a superiority of certain language. But as you know, there are no standard that can distinguish which language is better than another.)Therefore, many people want to speak English fluently.
How shall we do in order to speak a certain language fluently? Each every language has its culture in the words. For Example, "I love you" has a different feeling compare to "사랑해" which means exactly same. Learning a language is something beyond memorizing words. When we learn a language, that means we are learning its culture and meanings inside that word.
When you are learning a new language, I'd advice you to ask this question to yourself "Do I understand the meaning of your mother language?" If you do not, how can you learn another when you can not understand your own? My point it that, learning a new language at the age when child's mother tongue is not fully stabled, it could confuse one. I'm not trying to scare you about learning new language. Studying new language helps us to know more about the culture and communicate with new people. I just want to say learning new language would be effective when one's mother is stable. I just want to point out that sometimes learning a second language becomes prior than building one's first language.
