their life. They don’t contemplate and they do just search. They do homework
through searching. They find restaurant to have a meal with friends through

A few months ago, I met some of friend who is hard
working on part-time job to provide tuition fee for university and living
expenses. He was spending his time like there aren’t enough hours in a day for class,
report, learning Korean (to understand Korean lectures) and working. I was sorry
to say him, “Why don’t you participate in Peace Walk together in Seoul?” and I
really didn’t expect that he would join with Peace Walk. Because he looked like he
doesn’t have enough time for unexpected event. But, he says, “Yes” and he would
like to be a part of it. Besides, his country has gone through the war so he
hopes the peace in this world.
All of us have mind wish for peace. However, you
can’t search about most important people’s minds. You will see what is the true
mind until meet and talk. You can’t get the result through searching like people’s
minds to achieve peace. Let’s restore trust through people in person not the searching
on the internet.
Do you know the person in the middle in this picture? He is the one who helped to conclude a peace treaty in Mindanao, Philippines. This was the end of the religious conflict over 40 years. He did what the Philippines government couldn’t do for a long time. He went some. He is the peace leader today in the world, who works for peace, Man Hee Lee.
He works in a private peace organization though out the world. He visited America, Europe, Africa, South America, South east America and many other countries doing peace movements. He goes around the world meeting the presidents and religious leaders to gather their hearts about peace. To convince people sign on the written agreement for the combination of the religion and the cessation of war.
Mr. Lee is an octogenarian. Can you believe this? With his activities he doesn’t look like a person with his age. With a few visit abroad, he is known as ‘world peace leader’, ‘peace maker’. The reason he went to Philippines Mindanao is that, one of the archbishop ask Mr. Lee to come to Mindanao to help him a few times before.
Mr. Lee led the peace walk in Mindanao though out the city. It was the first peace walk with the students from Mindanao state university, International youth association, and with religious leaders over 1000 people participated.
The help that Mr. Lee gave to the people in Philippines moved the hearts of the citizens. This gave hope and peace to people so from the media, press, and to the broadcasting programs peace movement rose.
After the peace walk, the participants gathered in a hotel and took a speech about peace together. Everyone gave a standing ovation when Man Hee Lee spoke about the realizable plan for peace. The leader of the Catholic said “I want to work with Mr. Lee”, and with the Islam leader they signed the written agreement about ‘the combination of the religion and the cessation of war’. The promise, not make the conflict again, made the historical peace agreement a success.
It became a big issue about this peace agreement because it was an agreement the peace leader from another country made. If it wasn’t Man Hee lee, Mindanao would maybe still suffer in war and conflicts. If so, there will be still tears and pain from people who wants peace. For the people who want peace all over the world, I hope Man Hee lee, the peace leader can be the bridge and be the help for everyone. And we must help him to make the world a better place with happiness and laughter.
Who is the person who can declare peace in this world? Has anyone tried
it before? With the declaration of world peace in Korea, world peace has
started when the declaration was announced. To move the world, to change the
world, youth is the key of the future. Despite the tragic history that has made
us now, with this peace movement, the world is changing. In the center Man Hee
Lee helps and makes hope for people. With his speech in the start of the peace declaration,
this has a very important meaning because the declaration itself is like a
shining light to all the darkness around us. Many youth followed and said they
will join this movement. The future that we can see is the future that we can
make.
Man Hee Lee could only do this because he is the real father of all youth and the people in the future. The one who cares and thinks about the youth like children who has to be cared is him.
Man-Hee Lee, a peace leader of private peace organization, played a big role for ending the conflict at Mindanao. This visit was at the request of Archbishop Antonio Ledesma Cagayan de Oro.
Mindanao is an Island of Philippine where severe religious conflicts took place for over 40 years. Mainly, the fights were between Islam and Catholic. It was so tense that it was not safe for the citizens to live. The streets were full of soldiers and gun shooting every day. However, the religious leaders from Catholic (the former archbishop Fernando R. Capalla of Catholic representative) and Islam (Esmael G. Mangudadatu of Islam representative and Maguindanao governor of Islam) signed the peace treaty.
The former president of Philippine expressed his gratitude towards Man-Hee Lee representative saying that he has done what the president couldn’t do.
In addition, on January 24th -25th, Man-Hee Lee and emissaries of peace set a peace walk with about 1000 religious leaders and local youth beyond religion and faction. After he Peace Walk, all kinds of religious leaders signed the peace agreement and agreed for ending the war and pursue world peace. This peace agreement was a decisive catalyst to the Philippine government accepting Islamic autonomy of Mindanao.

Man Hee Lee is an active peace leader from South Korea. He is one of the most active peace leaders. 've done many things: such as visiting many country clubs around the world trying to end the war, holding the World Peace Festival, peace walk, etc. .. I want to talk about one of his works-the Peace Walk.
Man Hee Lee held a peace walk in 2013 at Seoul Olympic Park. Over 20,000 youths from over 130 countries country PARTICIPATED. They Carried peace signs and walked 2km around Seoul Olympic Park. Different culture of 6 continents Showed up at the event. Man Hee Lee gave a speech acerca how to end the war-Regardless of position or age all people around the world must make the effort for world peace. The young leaders from Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Thailand, etc.. Also gave a speech for the world peace and unification Korea. They Say This kind of activity will soon spread peace around the world and end the war Eventually.

I would say I have is doing what he is so amazing even though I have is over 80, I is very passionate about peace to the world and Strongly announces to the people (even to presidents) That Should end war in This Generation. I was deeply touched by his movements and thought about what I could do to make peace once again.
